I have bought the iphone advertised as unlocked at amazon.com. To my my surprise when the product arrived in Brazil (brougth by a friend) it was locked and with an AT&T plan. I’ve sent an email to amazon, and the said that it was not their problem, cause I had bougth the phone an Amazon’s seller (to my surprise). OK, I’ve sent an email to WorldWide Distributors, and they told I could send my phone back and be refunded. I did that, and as the phone arrived they told me the telephone had “minutes of conversation”. How come? All I wanted was to be able to use the phone. Anyway, they sent me the phone back without previous notice (the phone never arrived). Now both Amazon and WorldWideDistributors properly ignore my questions and emails. I am still waiting. Easy to deal with a customer in Brazil, as it is very unprobable that I will be able to sue them both. Thank amazon (after more than 10 years as a regular customer). Thank you World Wide Distributors (as a customer by accident). Whoever got my phone, please make good use of it.

|The best phone ever!,
iPhone 4 is the best phone I’ve ever had. I am very, very happy with this purchase. It’s factory unlocked, so I am using it in Venezuela with Movistar, and I have all the iPhone services active
Pros:
1. Great design
2. Very good quality images and video (from main camera, and not so bad from the front one)
3. Great sound (with and without headphones)
4. The best screen you’ll gonna find. Bright colors, best resolution
5. Thousands of applications
6. If you have an iPad and/or a Mac this phone is the best choice to keep all your data synchronized, and a full wireless access
Cons:
1. Firsts days, the battery life was a bad issue, but then I found that there is a service called “ping” that you can unactivate, and the battery life increased 90% (some days I even don’t charge my phone overnight, and next day I still have 60% of battery)
2. High price, but it worth it
3. Sometimes I wish it would have a full qwerty keyboard, but right now I feel very comfortable with virtual keyboard
Important: There is no “antenna gate” issue with my phone

|iPhone 4 32GB Black Factory Unlocked (Canadian Model),
I had ordered this item while I was in US for a business tour. And was slightly worried whether it would work in India and I couldn’t even return it to Amazon as I couldn’t test it until I reach India in 2 months from then. But what I saw was pure delight. My iPhone 4 32GB was indeed factory unlocked and worked seamlessly with any just any micro-sim I tested with. Really an awesome item to own. After all iPhone is a status statement.
What else would you wish for?
